Rehtori ja erityisopettaja, joka toimii niin työssään kuin yksityiselämässään vihreitä arvoja edistäen. Lasten tasa-arvoinen ja mahdollisimman hyvin jokaisen omia edellytyksiä mahdollistava perusopetus sydämen asiana. Tasokas ja tasa-arvoinen perusopetus mahdolliseksi kaikille. Perusopetus vastaamaan tämän hetken yhteiskunnan vaatimuksia. Varhainen tukeminen mahdolliseksi sitä tarvitsijoille.
Monimuotoisuuden tärkeys kunnassa tiedostettava ja mahdollistettava Espoossa. Monimuotoisuuden arvoa ei vielä ymmärretä kunnan päättäjien taholta riittävästi. Monimuotoisuus on erittäin arvokas asia esim. työpaikoilla henkilöstörakenteessa. Kouluissa monimuotoisuus tulee kokea tärkeänä arvona ja tulevaisuuden mahdollisuutena sekä rikkautena.
Perusopetuksen rakennemuutos on väistämättä edessämme lähitulevaisuudessa, koska yhteiskunta muuttuu jatkuvasti on myös perusopetuksen muututtava vastaamaan yhteiskunnan haasteisiin. Perusopetuksen rakennemuutos tukee lasten ja nuorten integroitumista yhä paremmin suomalaiseen yhteiskuntaan.
